General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Crexpro Cosplay Agency
1. General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between Crexpro Cosplay Agency (hereinafter referred to as "Crexpro") and the customer. By commissioning Crexpro, the customer accepts these GTC.
2. Services
Crexpro manufactures costumes for various projects and events on behalf of clients. The costume designs remain the property of the client; however, the costumes may only be worn by Crexpro promoters and cosplayers. Any use requires prior agreement between Crexpro and the client.
3. Storage and care
Crexpro is responsible for storing the costumes unless the customer requests otherwise. Minor maintenance and cleaning costs may apply for repeated use of the costumes. Crexpro will inform the customer of these costs if necessary.
4. Payment terms
Upon acceptance of the contract, 50% of the order volume is due. In the event of cancellation, Crexpro reserves the right to invoice for hours and material costs already incurred.
5. Use of images
Crexpro assures the client that all images taken at trade fairs may be freely used in the context of the brand. Content created by Crexpro influencers will be posted organically on their channels. Use in paid media campaigns requires a separate agreement and a buyout.
6. Accommodation and meals
The client will provide accommodation for the specified period, or Crexpro will invoice for it by prior arrangement. A daily meal allowance of €25 per person will be agreed upon.
7. Special services and fees
Should additional expenses such as stage appearances or moderation arise that are not part of the classic promotional scope, the fees may be increased.
8. Final Provisions
Any changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
These terms and conditions come into effect on the day the contract is signed.

Crexpro assures the customer the right to use all images taken at trade shows in the context of the brand. Content created by Crexpro influencers will be posted organically on their channels. For use in paid media campaigns, a separate agreement and buyout are required.
6. Accommodation and Catering
The customer provides accommodation for the specified period or Crexpro will arrange it and charge accordingly. A catering allowance of €25 per day per person is agreed upon.
7. Special Services and Fees
If additional services such as stage performances or moderation, which do not fall under classic promotion activities, are required, this may result in increased fees.
8. Final Provisions
Changes or additions to these GTC must be in writing. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
